Most of us are unaware that our body speaks to us in many different ways. Here we learn how to listen to and understand its messages. Feel better by the end of class!
NOTE: Students who have an IEH Level II Certificate may repeat any Level II Workshop for half price, space permitting. Most students who repeat find their growth and healing goes even deeper the second time around.
